Nestled in Llandudno, this lovely house for $252 per night is a great choice for your next break. Recent complete renovation, beautiful 3 storey, end-terraced Victorian property, in a quiet road, conveniently located by the beach and only 10 mins' walk from Llandudno centre. Amenities include: - 6 bedrooms; 3/4 double bedrooms and 2/3 sets of twins (bunk beds, one pair of which only suitable up to 5'6", top front bedroom available either as 2xtwins or 1x King size), plus 2 extra double sofa beds. Sleeps up to 16. - 3 brand new bathrooms; 1 with bath and shower, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC - 3 reception rooms; 2 sitting rooms (with an extra double sofa-bed in both- in total sofas seat 13), 1 dining room (main table seats 8 plus more if chairs from bedrooms used, plus separate fold-out 4 seater table) - Flat screen television & DVD player in each sitting room - Now TV, Netflix & Disney via firestick and optical fibre (10x usual upload and download speeds) broadband wifi connection (65mbps with excellent coverage on all 3 floors) - freshly laundered bed-linen (*except sofa beds) and bath + hand towels provided free of charge - recently fitted fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine - hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets also provided - High Chair and travel cot available - new central heating system installed with touch screen thermostat (we can control heating to be watm remotely for when you arrive) - Gravelled yard to rear with small seating area - On street parking (not restricted) - Large park/playground 3 minutes' walk away - Conveniently located for Beach/promenade/Theatre, shops, restaurants, take-aways and public transport - Just off the A55; ideally situated for day trips to many other North Wales tourist destinations - Sorry, strictly no pets and no smoking - Integrated fire alarm system, fire extinguisher and blanket, fully compliant with safety regulations - Gas safety certified gas boiler with carbon monoxide alarm

By no means a luxury property and still being updated. However, served our group of 10 well. Good access to beach, co-op around the corner, as well as various eateries, walking distance to town center and other stores. We had a couple of questions while there and host was very responsive.

The dining room is a little shabby and the kitchen quite small but well supplied with all the equipment you might need.The bedrooms are all spacious and characterful.All in all our group of 15 ranging from 9 months to 67 years had a great time.

First floor rear bedroom only has one small chest of drawers of which one does not open. Electric wall points in that bedroom and dining room are dangerous. Notice stating fines for recycling will be deducted from damage deposit is not legal. A condition like this would have to be declared when customer is booking so they have an option not to book. There was a mop and bucket left in the dining room. No places to hang clothes in bedrooms. Plenty of space for a large group but let down by interior and taking everything into account the amount paid for this accommodation was too much.

Excerpt value for money. Big house with lots of space for the 7 adults and three children. Loads of games for the kids to play with. Plenty of crockery, glasses, towels etc. Good location. Parking on street easily available. Decor and furniture dated/mismatched but for the price we paid this was an amazing property. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing weekend in Llandudno
We stayed at the house for my husband's 60th birthday celebrations with our daughters and their families (8 adults and 3 children). The house was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good showers. The kids loved the puppet theatre in the playroom and we all enjoyed their 'shows'! The location is also perfect, within walking distance of the beach, pier, shops and attractions. We would thoroughly recommend this house for anyone wanting accommodation for a family gathering in Llandudno.

Lovely house in a perfect location close to the coast and plenty of amenities
We enjoyed a lovely long weekend in the house as a family of 12 (age range of 70 to 6 months!!). We love Llandudno so the location was great for us but it’s a long walk to the pier or a sandy bit of beach for the little legs.
Lots of convenience shops and takeaways very short walk away and it’s only 10-15mins walk into the central shopping area of Llandudno.
The house is well equipped and well decorated. Everything we needed was available and our children loved the play room and toys/games provided.
We would certainly visit again

Large terraced house, looks small on the outside but once you're inside it's like a tardis.
There were 9 adults celebrating Mums 80th birthday, this property was more than suitable. Plenty of room for everyone.
Perfect location 2 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minute stroll to the pier. Near all local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
Had a lovely weekend and would definitely recommend this property. Very well maintained and clean.
Has everything you need, literally home from home, and on a personal I love that this place is passionate about recycling.
You won't be disappointed.

Big old terraced house on a quiet residential street, with some recent upgrades
+ Great location near stores and restaurants (book Carlo's before you arrive).
+ Nice couches in living room, with big screen TV with all the channels.
+ Everything was clean, with nice linens and towels.
+ Fully equipped kitchen, with lots of plates and utensils.
+ Close to promenade for a very pleasant 20 minute walk into town.
+ Parking on the street was never a problem.
+ Lots of beds (some more comfortable than others).
+ Separate shower has great water pressure and two nice shower heads.
- no dryer (but clothes line outside if you have nice weather)

Good Base for a golfing weekend
We used Bens property as a base for a 3 day golfing trip at nearby Conwy. The house is easy to find, well located for a walk into Llandudno and within 10/15 minute drive of Conwy Golf Course.
The house was clean and today and had a good kitchen and showers.
The bedrooms are all well set but worth calling out that 1 of the bunk bed rooms is only suitable for children / teens.

Fabulous stay, lovely house
Great house for a family get together. The kids loved the playroom and was great for them to have there own space. Parking was fairly easy and the location was great. Hosts were great at communicating with us and would definitely recommend staying here to others and hope to return one day. Thank you
