El departamento es realmente precioso. Está reformado y es sumamente cálido dentro! Amplios y lindos dormitorios, living comedor con vista al mar... muy bello realmente! La cocina súper completa, con muchos utensilios y equipamiento para cocinar (nuestro caso). Lavavajillas y lavadora en perfectas condiciones y listos para utilizar (con todos los insumos requeridos para esto). Fuimos bien recibidos, pero lamentablemente hemos sufrido muchos problemas eléctricos durante toda la estadía.
Por fallas en el tablero eléctrico general y el calefón del departamento, lamentablemente tuvimos muchas dificultades durante todos los días que estuvimos. Una pena. De a ratos, no funcionaba la calefacción (y estaba muy fresco), tampoco los toalleros eléctricos de ambos baños y menos aun el agua caliente. El dueño atendió esto los primeros días, pero casi que no pudo resolverse hasta finalizar nuestro hospedaje. Una pena.... esperábamos algún tipo de resarcimiento al momento de devolvernos el deposito que debimos dejar al ingresar ($), además de las disculpas que recibimos... y eso no sucedió. Para aclarar, también debimos abonar a parte el garaje (plaza que pertenece al inmueble). En definitiva, chequear estado de la instalación eléctrica antes de alquilarlo para quedarse tranquilos.

Beautiful view, with the windows open you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. Right next to a nice beach and walking distance to a beautiful park with a playground. Nice restaurant and bar options close by. Close drive to the heart of O Coruña. The owners were very communicative and helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable.
Nothing significant, but it's worth noting that the bar/restaurant next door can be loud until late on the weekends. Didn't bother us but it's worth considering. The parking spot in the garage is also tight, if you have. Large vehicles will be difficult to get in/out but this is common for apartment parking.
