Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Was in walking distance of St Augustines hospial
A towel with a hole in it was placed in the bathroom on one occasion
A towel with a big yellow stain was placed in the bathroom on one occasion
A fitted sheet with a big tear down the top corner was put on my bed on one occasion
I would expect a hair dryer in a room of a 4 star
There was a leak under the basin
A lot of noise from the staff kitchen at night and early morning

Spacious rooms
Caretakers making noise when they started cleaning. We knew we were supposed to leave at 10:h00 but that does give stuff a right to start shouting in the corridor for everyone to wake up.
