Great location, spacious room and terrace, everything is very well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day, towels changed. The place is close to shops and restaurants, with bakery on the ground floor. Kind and responsive host.

La posizione della struttura è ottimale: si trova proprio sullo slargo da cui partono le tre vie principali (pedonali la sera), piene di negozi e ristoranti e, a soli 300 metri da una delle spiagge più grandi di Sithonia. La struttura è abbastanza nuova, con stanze ampie e confortevoli, un bagno spazioso dotato di box doccia in vetro. Purtroppo, la gestione si perde un po' nei dettagli. A rimediare a questa disorganizzazione ci ha pensato Maria, la referente, che è sempre intervenuta prontamente e con grande merito. Un plauso va anche al personale del bar sottostante (dove fanno ottimi dolci, gelati e caffè), sempre gentilissimo e accogliente.
La dotazione della cucina è minimale (solo 4 piatti, 2 tazze, 4 bicchieri e un paio di stoviglie) e, nonostante la presenza di uno stendino, non è stata fornita nemmeno una molletta (forse gli inquilini precedenti le prendono per ricordo?).
Anche il servizio di pulizia ha mostrato qualche disattenzione: al nostro rientro pomeridiano abbiamo trovato a volte solo un cambio parziale di asciugamani, altre volte mancava il tappetino del bagno, e le due capsule Nespresso giornaliere promesse venivano rimpiazzate a giorni alterni. Inoltre, sulla scala esterna che porta al piano superiore (non ancora aperto), erano accumulati sacchi di biancheria, letti pieghevoli e attrezzi per le pulizie.

В помешканні добре все ! Розмір апартаментів, їх розташування в близькості до моря, дуже привітні господарі, неймовірна кавʼярня на першому поверсі будівлі де з 6 ранку вже є кава і смачна випічка !!!

- i disliked that I, as a guest, was put in the position to have to ask for cleaning. You need to call someone and have to explain that the room needs to be cleaned.
