The reception and breakfast restaurant staff were amazing. The view from the room is very good.
The roof top pool is small and can be used for only one family at a time. The room service team could be better - like clear garbage from the bins everyday.

The rooms were super cosy and comfy, and the air conditioning worked really well! The breakfast had a great range too!
They organise buses that go to bernice beach club everyday which is great, definitely recommend! The young receptionist was super helpful and nice!
Not the best location, not really near anything
The wifi didn’t work in our room
The house keeping staff were quite annoying, they were banging on our door everyday before 10am to clean the room and we had to say several times that we didn’t need the room cleaned as we were just trying to enjoy a sleep in.

The staff is great , friendly and very helpful
Noise : the neighbors were a local family of 19 people plus kids and they started screaming at 7.30 in the hallway. I went to Aqaba to relax but it was not always possible.

The air conditioning in the room was broken and blew cold air on us. The shower curtain was missing (it was broken). The hotel needs investment. It is located next to the main road, which is not ideal for light sleepers... Dogs were barking all night. Compared to the accommodations we had on our trip to Jordan, this hotel was the worst. I do not recommend it. Aqaba is a dirty city, the beaches are awful! So even one day here was a waste.
