This property was in a great location and it was really easy to get to the port and several metro stations.
The apartment was a decent size and the main bathroom was very large. The smaller bathroom off the living room was also fine at night for the person staying in the living room.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable due to a partition on the sofa so I had to awkwardly lay below that. Getting down in the lift was also interesting because if you didn't want to take the stairs you needed a 10c coin at "peak" times which was a bit strange. I assume that was a condition of using the shared building.

Location is excellent and stuff were very polite and helpful. They tried to help as much as possible and local manager came to check personally that everything is being addressed. Apartment has lots of entertainment facilities and games to keep the family busy.
Apartment not clean, baby ball bath was not clean and balls are stained with what looks like blood. Staff cleaned it on the second day and said it was chocolate. Lots of things needed attention and maintenance. Jacuzzi wasn’t working and staff fixed one pump only the second was broken. Main shower drain gets blocked quickly and overflow if water runs fast. Bed Sofa is old and bottom skirt was fixed with screws, team tried to fix but broke on the same day again. Internet connection is very poor and used to cut out frequently. Bed frame corner was detached and had to cover with a towel to avoid injuries.
