Clean and comfortable, easy to find. Always managed to find somewhere to park the car
Electric shower didn't have great water pressure, kitchen pots/pans could use replacing, plus more soup spoons. Panel over the freezer door is coming away makes it difficult to open

Such a lovely little cosy apartment, very clean, had everything we needed, walking distance to the main town and supermarket
Lots of shops around and take aways, the area felt very safe lots of parking for us right outside the property, if we visited Chester again we would definitely stay here again

Zero response from the property owners when I tried at least 3 times to text them about the early check in that was offered!! The bed frame was broken and very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the floor. According to a cleaner that arrived at the end of our stay the bed situation was not new and owners had been made aware. We dropped an ear ring on the floor and it rolled under the bed. Upon lifting the broken frame up to retrieve it, a sex toy was laying underneath!! The couch was extremely uncomfortable and so low to the floor it was difficult to get up from.
