The communication with the host was excellent and they were waiting for us to show us around and give us instructions but bare in mind the check-in is (only) until 7 p.m. (with the Friday traffic I explained we might be late but luckily made it 7:02 tops! ;-) ) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a rustic vibe and the bedroom has a Mediterranean Capri vibe - very nice and cozy. The house complex has its own parking with a locked gate and in a quiet area yet near the Turkish baths, Eger swimming complex and within walking distance is also the main square with cathedral, lyceum and other sights. All in all I highly recommend this apartment to a family or a couple visiting Eger and we are definitely returning soon too.

I have used Booking for years with stays in dozens of properties. This is the first time a host has ever contacted me during my stay to see how I was doing. Quiet residential area close to city center without the hectic pace. Elevator.
If you are looking for a trendy, boutique property you would be disappointed here. If you want good value, home-style comfort with helpful hosts, you would be satisfied. Didn’t expect the air conditioning fee, but it was low enough to be inconsequential considering the high temperatures during my stay.

Apartament świetnie położony, blisko zamku i basenów termalnych. Bardzo czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne i cichy. Prywatny zamknięty parking jest dodatkowym atutem, zwłaszcza w centrum miasta. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Gorąco polecamy!

Darmowy parking przy obiekcie oraz bardzo dobra lokalizacja - do basenów 5 min na nogach, do centrum tyle samo. Dobry kontakt z obsługą, ale warto mieć włączonego translatora w telefonie. Pokoje czyste, kuchnia zawiera podstawowe wyposażenie.
„Ukryte” dodatkowe płatności. Obiekt ma bardzo dobrą cenę. Na miejscu jednak okazało się że klimatyzacja jest dodatkowo płatna - 1000 forintów/dzień. Dodatkowo trzeba było dopłacić 6000 forintów (za 4 osoby-dwoje dorosłych i dwoje dzieci)-i nie wiadomo dlaczego. Obsługa nie umiała wytłumaczyć skąd ta dodatkowa płatność - zaprzeczyła jednak aby to był podatek. Otrzymałem tylko informację że jest to zapisane w warunkach wynajmu-szkoda że nie wiadomo za co. Wynajmujący po prostu dają niższą cenę wynajmu na Bookingu aby cena była atrakcyjniejsza, natomiast na miejscu podbija realną cenę. Aha obiekt jest na poddaszu, okna się nie otwierają, więc jesteście jakoby zmuszeni do użycia klimatyzacji. Zresztą i tak was nikt nie zapyta czy będziecie ja używać, bo zostanie to wam jakoby z urzędu doliczone. Aha jeszcze dwie rzeczy dla obsługi obiektu - zamek w drzwiach w łazience nie działa i wymieńcie tą starą suszarkę do włosów bo jest po prostu niebezpieczna.
