About this apartment rental
The spacious layout across two levels quickly makes you feel right at home, with carefully selected design elements and harmonious colors exuding elegance and coziness. The warm hardwood floors, earthy wall colors, plenty of white, and a touch of black create a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere throughout the apartment.
The first floor combines the “lounge area”—complete with a fireplace—with a high-quality, open-concept kitchen and a large dining table that seats the whole family. Weather permitting, the charming garden terrace with its beach chair is the perfect spot to relax.
The basement features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two equally cozy single beds. There are also two stylish bathrooms, both finished in a subtle sandy hue and offering ample space.
The Herzzeit apartment is both centrally located and situated in a quiet area in Tinnum, the largest of Sylt’s Frisian villages, bordering Westerland and Keitum. The beautiful meadows of Tinnum are perfect for walks or bike rides, and there are also numerous shopping options in the immediate vicinity.
