Overall disappointing

The property was very large

The location was close to all amenities but wasn’t in the best area, the rear garden is very dirty and could do with a good clean. Was disappointed that there was no Coffee or tea bags or any sort of welcome items. This is the first time I’ve experienced this and hope that it’s the last.

Ok place for a large party and well equipped accommodation for a short stay.

Good location near the beach. Plenty of space and sleeping options and comfortable beds. Decent appliances in the kitchen for a large party and plenty of hot water for the showers.

Bedding while clean was not suitable for summer (quite thick winter duvets). The outside area was a total mess - had not been cleaned at all; outside seating was soiled and dirty. Found a bag of a previous occupants dog mess, the BBQ was dirty and the area was littered with plastic buckets and very unkempt in general. Considering we had hired the place to make use of the outside area this was a disappointment. There were also no fans available which was a disappointment and noted that the blinds cord in the main room was broken.

The property was very large
