The first room they showed me was dirty, had strong smell of insect killer spray and the aircon did not work.

Room A503: The room was very nice and quiet and had a decent size living room and bathroom, with a kitchen and washing machine. And the big pool with slides on the ground floor was really nice.

The management is very poor. Firstly, I booked a room at Grand Avenue but was moved to Centara without any notice. Secondly, they didn't begin cleaning the room until after we had contacted them at 3pm. Having seen the company's internal booking system, it looks like I was always booked there so it was not a last-minute change. Also, you need to collect a key from the building post box but have no way access to the building in the first place. So you have to wait until someone comes round from the agency or get some random tenant to let you in. However, it is very difficult to get through to anyone at the agency and it's difficult to get them to pick up a phone call or reply to a text message. It sometimes took over an hour to get a reply. When we did manage to get in (by virtue of a random tennant), there were no keys in the box. It turned out the cleaners still had the keys. The management were unable or unwilling to contact them, so I had to go up and find out. When I arrived, the cleaners were having dinner in the room. This was at 4:30pm. I was supposed to be able to check in at 2pm, but had to wait another half hour for the cleaners to finish eating and finish cleaning the room. Because the management are not on the premises, it's difficult to get any issues sorted as it will take at least half an hour for someone to arrive, and it's difficult getting a response from them in the first place. Finally, I have found out that subletting a room in a condo for a period of less than a month at a time is actually illegal in Thailand, and you are liable to be prosecuted as a trespasser simply for staying there. So, if the management ask you not to contact the Juristic office or security guards, you will know why.

I never had access to my apartment. They would not meet me with the key. I ended up staying at a hotel nearby.

No breakfast as we did not stay at the property we booked, as no one met us or gave us the keys to let us in. We waited for 2 hours but no one showed up or contacted us and so we had to book into the Holiday Inn, for new years eve, I want my money back into my account and Booking.com should investigate this Chinese woman and block her from using your site in the future. Return my money to my Barclays account immediately or legal action will be coming.

Nothing, we did not get to stay there as no one knew about our booking or had the keys to give us and so we had to book into another hotel for new years eve. Booking.com should return my 10,800.00 baht back into my account now.

They weren't there to let me in Didn't answer my calls I've asked for refund ad had to find somewhere else to stay Shocking way to treat there bookings

I paid for room for three nights in advance and when I reached at Grand Avenue no room for me so please refund my money I had paid advance only because it was Booking.com hope I will get my money soon thanku so much

No support found out illegal to rent this unit under one month abused by manager lost 3 days no one there to give us key

well I wouldn’t book through here again got RIpped off it was a scam they weren’t the on arrival finally they called back 2 nights later had to book different accommodation which cost me more money not very happ with booking.com

I very much enjoyed leaving.

The bed was filthy and as hard as a rock, so I slept on the uncomfortable sofa. Despite repeated requests for wifi, nobody responded. Another reason islept on the sofa is because one of the light switches was broken and I could not switch off the bedrrom light. Leading up to the trip I attempted on several occasions to ask questions which were never answered. Avoid C 508 Grand Avenue if you are given that apartment

Good location center of city, the pool is one of the best amenities.

the room had an odd smell like baby diapers not sure why it smelled like this maybe it was coming from the shower or sink drain, and the bed was really hard but this seems to be common in thailand.

The booking was made for 2 adults and 2 children but upon checking in we were provided with only 2 towels and were informed that additional towels would be provided at an extra charge. 30 minutes later we received 2 more towels and a duvet cover for the sofa bed in the living room and with no additional charge but could have done without the hassle. Not the property owners fault but there is extensive roadworks at the entrance making access challenging.

I never go to this aparmrtn because, they couldn't get that ready for me until 19:00, even check in time was 14:00. No answers to many messages, have to call many times different number before get somebody to line. They where not ready to deliver the keys. Should wait outside of gate that somebody gets out or goes in, that could enter at same time. Both gate and building door should be wait other customers. They are not interesting anything else that money. Worst experience ever.
