We stayed for the weekend and brought our Siberian Husky. The place was beautifully decorated and so cozy. The tv was set to a wonderful Christmas scene with music to welcome us to our weekend home. The location was ideal, right on Blowing Rock's Main street making it convenient to visit the shops. The accommodations were beyound our expectations. The covered garage was great since parking can be a premium during the Holiday season. The Christmas lights up and down Main street made for a magical setting. We can't wait to come back again.

This was such a perfect place to stay in Blowing Rock! Right in Main Street and close to everything. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The fireplace was cozy, and when we weren’t in the middle of the action, it was fun to people watch from our big window overlooking Main Street. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Franklin is a perfect condo for a party of 1 or 2. The location is in the heart of Blowing Rock. All shopping and dining is within walking distance. The provided parking is excellent. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. The rooms are bright and airy. We highly recommend.

Perfect getaway spot
The property was well situated downtown with easy access to parking, and easy keyless entry to property. The kitchen was well appointed, not cluttered, with everything we needed. The property was immaculately clean. We appreciated that the Wi-Fi stayed connected and that there was a convenient charging station that handled all of our devices. We enjoyed the nice decor, books, games, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location, and wonderfully furnished interior. My wife and I had a great three days in Blowing Rock. This property was perfect for afternoon shopping on Main Street and being able to walk to dinner locations. We spent our days out hiking off the Blue Ridge parkway.

We will be making this a regular place to stay from here on out!!!

Franklin at Main and Pine is a beautifully appointed, spacious, and inviting respite in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. The location couldn’t be more ideal. There’s even covered private parking provided. The stone fireplace is very inviting and the kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, pots, and utensils one could ever need. Our only “complaint” was the inability to turn off the fireplace blower. We had to keep several windows open and fans running to keep the apartment comfortable when the fireplace was running…it quickly pushed the temperature up to 85 even though the outside temp was only in the teens.
We will definitely stay here again!

Franklin at Main and Pine is a beautifully appointed, spacious, and inviting respite in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. The location couldn’t be more ideal. There’s even covered private parking provided. The stone fireplace is very inviting and the kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, pots, and utensils one could ever need. Stunning, new, modern, open floor plan! This condo is amazing and even more open and spacious than the pictures. Right on Main Street in Blowing Rock with shops and restaurants. Fantastic to have the included covered parking space. A special surprise was a bottle of prosecco and some snacks. Coffee, hot cocoa, tea and cider provided. Note there is hardly any ‘closet space’, but plenty of drawers. Nice to have the half bath. Not much street noise when the windows are closed, which is quite amazing. Air conditioning was a nice bonus, as it did get quite hot while we were in town. A great property!

The property is in a great location and well appointed. My only criticism is that it needs curtains or blinds over the large window that fronts Main Street.

This condo was not only easy to get into, but also made the experience of downtown Blowing Rock all the more amazing. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!! You can literally walk to all restaurants and shops, park your car in a secure location, see the sites, and come back to a wonderfully equipped, well appointed, up to date home. All amenities accounted for and if it’s just you and a SO, it’s a great location to enjoy your evenings taking in the sites of downtown while you play a game, drink some champagne and a romantic evening together. Truly special location and beautiful, modern home to spend a memorable vacation away. I would recommend this rental over and over.
