i liked the location for the accessibility to the water park (though that isnt the best waterpark) its clean and tidy - with plenty of room for me and my family.. - great for walks - and it is right on the main bus route.
not the apartments issue - but i was hoping for a shop/pub in the village. we found a trip to the supermarket a bit tricky without a car.

The interior is very nice and everything what we needed was there. The owner is absolutely friendly and communication is easy.
The location doesn't offer many benefits. The house itself is on the main road which causes some noise. It's in the outskirts of Česká Lípa — somewhat too far from shops and restaurants if one considers walking there. But one definitely sees on the map what he books so no surprises here.
