Located at the entrance of Ile à Barbâtre, 300 m from the beach, this very modern house is the ideal place to explore the secrets of Noirmoutier! We can already imagine spending wonderful family holidays just a few steps from the island's beaches, in its modern and bright living spaces. Everything necessary is gathered for everyone's greatest happiness!
Welcoming 100 m² house in Barbâtre which has 3 bedrooms including a master suite, with a capacity of 6 people. It has an enclosed garden, a beautiful 15m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, WiFi Internet access, electric heating, a television, an iron and a nearby parking space. The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker (Nespresso), a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
Close to the sea, the accommodation is located at:
- 300 m from the sandy beach "Plage Des Boucholeurs"
- 2 km from the restaurant "VVF Villages"
- 3 km from the supermarket "U Express"
- 15 km from the town "Noirmoutier-en-l'Île 85330"
- 21 km from the golf course "Golf Et Tourisme"
- 66 km from the airport "Nantes Atlantique Airport"
- 134 km from the amusement park "Le Puy du Fou, 85590 Les Épesses"
The island of Noirmoutier is known thanks to the passage of the Gois located in Barbâtre, also thanks to its potato the Bonnotte or even by all the shellfish that you can fish on foot. There are many activities there, for all ages and according to your wishes: swimming, relaxation, walking, cycling, water sports and sports activities... In Barbâtre, you will be able to discover the colourful markets of the island, attend the salt harvest, stop on a terrace near the boats, taste an ice cream in the pedestrian streets, launch yourself down the slides of the water park… For young and old, the activities are varied, friendly and always in a "nature" spirit.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in the house. It has a nice patio and garden in a quite surrounding and is only 8 min walking distance to the beach. The house was newly renovated and nicely furnished.
