Perfectly located for quick and easy drive to downtown Council Bluffs, bustling activity in downtown Omaha, CHI Center, Luminarium, Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, Softball Fields, etc. Return from a busy day of activities to a peaceful oasis. Relax on the patio, grill out and simply enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds you. Watch sunsets/sunrises on the horizon. Enjoy relaxing. Deer may wander through the yard - but they're quiet when they do. This is best of both worlds - being on vacation with the comforts of home. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This home is not recommended for toddlers or wildly adventurous youth. Inside: Home is not baby/toddler proofed. Stairs inside entryway lead down to laundry area and are not gated. Back patio area is edged, but not fenced with an intense hill/slope past edging. Great to watch the wildlife venture through, but extremely dangerous for wayward little feet. It is steep to the point of impassibility. Children have stayed at the house and love watching the animals with no problems, but there are some for whom this would not be a good combo.
