Master Bedroom - king bed, chair, storage areas and a big screen TV. It features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest Bedroom 1 - queen bed, storage areas and access to the front balcony with seating. Guest Bedroom 2 - two twin beds, storage areas and access to the front balcony with seating. Guest Bathroom - shower/tub combo with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Downstairs features an open floor plan. Living room - Comfy couches and a big screen TV. Kitchen - fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, baking dish, cookie sheets, insta pot, hand mixer, pizza pan, pots, pans and utensils. Dining table with seating for 6 and counter bar with more seating. Half Bath Laundry Room - washer & dryer with complimentary laundry pods and fabric softener. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Getting Around: This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
