This house was perfect for our family, large, clean, close to all the things we needed. Grocery store is a couple blocks away and the neighborhood was up and coming. Host was in communication and listed all instructions. Experience was amazing.

Welcome to contemporary luxury in this spacious 2,600 sq ft home. It was built in 2015 with attention to every details to feel like you are staying in a 5-star hotel, except complete with all of the comforts of home. It is a smart home wired with custom lights and sounds throughout the house. Just say things like "Hey Alexa, Make the Room Cool" and watch it transform the mood of the place with lights & music. Come see for yourself!

This home is nestled just steps from Lafayette Square Park. It is walking distance to the world famous Soulard, and a 5 minute drive to the sports stadiums as the STL Arch.
