About this house rental
Located in Buckeye Lake, this charming house for $599 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This brand new custom home is located in the heart of Buckeye Lake in the Compass Point development. The home is positioned on the main channel with breath taking views of the main lake. Compass Point is an exceptionally maintained development and we spared no expense in building this home. This spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home has over 2100 sq ft to enjoy with your family and friends. We have furnished the home with custom Restoration Hardware furniture throughout the living area. The master bedroom is located on the first level, just steps off the great room. The bedroom has a king size bed with a private master bath. The second level has a second bedroom with a king size bed with a full, private bath. We created built-in, twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom and also hosts a private bath. Every bedroom is equipped with a 65 inch flat screen TV and the main room has a 77 inch flat screen TV to enjoy movie night. While preparing for your day on the lake, enjoy your favorite songs on our Sonos music system thru out the house. There is a spacious deck and patio to enjoy the beautiful views or test your grilling skills on the Kamado Joe. There is plenty of parking for your guests just steps away. This home is located right next to Buckeye Lake winery which hosts live entertainment. In addition you are just minutes away from numerous Buckeye Lake restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores. We look forward to hosting your stay this summer at our amazing home. This will be the relaxing vacation that you and your family will remember for years to come. *** Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO MORE than 8 guests on the property (inside or outside) at any given time unless prior approval by the owner. There will be a $500 charge for violation of any house rules. BOAT DOES NOT COME WITH RENTAL. We have dock space available for use and we also have a kayak available. PLEASE ASK US ABOUT BOAT RENTAL. I spent a couple days here with some friends. The house is really nice with high end modern updates. The windows make the view of the water and property really nice. If you have this kids and love to vacation around a lake this spot is for you.... The outdoor patio has a kitchen and tv. The showers are clean and large. The owners were very easy to work with and I enjoyed communicating with them.

We drove up from the Cincinnati area to have a weekend away with my employees. The check-in was a breeze an the home is even nicer in person. The owner checked in with us and was easy to reach when we had a question. The location is so convenient. We went to the winery for dinner the first night and it was excellent. The second day, we made a trip around the lake to check out many of the restaraunts/bars/marinas. I hope to stay in this home again.

Great spot on Buckeye lake. Scott, the owner, communicated extremely well, and house was very clean. More than enough room for everybody (we had 9 including a 5 year old). There was dock space for our 24ft Tritoon as well. Lots of good technology in there, including Sonos throughout the whole house. Sunsets were fantastic on that side of the lake. Would def stay there again, thanks.

Great stay
The house was immaculate. You are right on the water and back deck is great with a pergola that closes to provide protection if it rains. The house is loaded with technology including Sonos everywhere throughout the home. The property manager sent texts upon arrival and responded right away with some questions I had during the stay. Don't hesitate to book this house!

Great stay at the lake
This house was amazing. It had everything we could possibly need. The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor patio area was perfect. Scott was a great host as well. Always there to check on us and answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!!

The property was absolutely stunning! The house was very clean, light and bright and very well stocked with all the essentials. We all loved the outdoor space so much and it is beautiful as well. A lot of girls trips were put off during covid and this was short and close to home...but felt like we were a million miles away. We hope to make it annual trip!
