A quick little walk from Otorii station for late arrivals when the trains are near closing. A good price for what your getting. A bed, some personal space, and clean facilities. Nearby restaurants and convience stores make it easy to grab something close.
Crowded entrance with maintenance supplies and nowhere to properly store shoes. Wosh curtains and booths had little locking mechanisms or occupying signs to show your still there and for others to not intrude.

It’s a convenient location near Ōtorii Station and close to Haneda Airport . A space private space with desk and chair next to the bed is convenient. Check in was easy. It’s good value for a layover.
The sheets are clean but the shower on the second floor was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. If you saw this shower you wouldn’t stay there.
