Nestled in La Romana, this attractive house for $1,221 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Anaima Private Villa, your private paradise in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Located within Casa de Campo, the Caribbean’s most exclusive resort, Anaima Private Villa is an oasis in which to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean weather, and everything the resort has to offer. The villa, designed by Venezuelan architect Francisco Feaugas, and lovingly decorated by renowned Dominican interior designer Patricia Reid Baquero, is equipped with everything you will need for your perfect holiday. Up to 12 guests may sleep in the villa. The villa features five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a generous sized bathroom with double sinks, toilet, rain shower, and ample storage space. Both the master bedroom and master bathroom open to a private terrace with a hot-tub and outdoor shower. Three secondary bedrooms are equipped each with two queen-sized beds, a closet, as well as a bathroom with one sink, toilet, and shower. The fifth bedroom has two full/twin bunk beds, a sitting area, and a large bathroom with toilet, double sinks and rain shower. All bedrooms have premium mattresses and bedding, and are equipped with flat TVs with cable TV programming. Bedding and towels are provided. A large common space includes a dining table that fits 12, a living/sitting area with large sofas and comfortable indonesian armchairs, a round table that sits 4, and two armchairs with ottomans to relax and look out to the pool and garden. The studio is connected to the master bedroom and the common space. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with streaming equipment included, desk and a sitting area that comfortably seats 6-8 people. The terrace that connects the common space with the pool deck is furnished with two spacious and comfortable sitting areas that surround a dining table for 6. To complete the space there is a bar area with bar and tall tables that seat 10. Adjacent to the terrace is the pool bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink and storage space for bathroom and pool towels. The pool at Anaima Private Villa connects to the heated Jacuzzi. Both are located in the pool deck, which features 4 outdoor chaise lounges for sun bathing. The pool is not equipped with a protection fence, so it is important to keep children supervised at all times. Between the pool and the garden is the gazebo, furnished with sofas, armchairs, rocking chairs, and a bar cart. The common space and terrace are equipped with speakers that may be managed from the studio, so you can enjoy music throughout the living spaces. Surrounding the pool and gazebo there is a large tropical garden. Royal palm trees rise against the backdrop of the golf course. In the evenings, the garden is lighted for your enjoyment. The kitchen at Anaima Private Villa is equipped with range, grill, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, toaster, blender, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. An outdoor gas grill is also available for guests' use. The villa has a roofed carport that holds 2 vehicles. A fabulous staff of cook, housekeeper and waiter/bartender, await to make your stay even more special. Two golf carts, a 4-seater and a 6-seater are available for your use.

Nice villa in Casa de Campo, located near the marina and not far from the beach. The pictures are accurate and reflect properly the house. The staff is helpful, kind and very professional. Antonia, the chef, has a real gift when dealing about cooking, Roberto and Altagracia take care of everything else, completing an efficient team. Staying at Anaima villa is a time for pleasure and relax. The owner is helpful and ready to assist in a matter of minutes. All in all a wonderful experience not to be missed.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Villa Anaima! The pictures don't do it justice. The salon area is breathtaking and to wake up and see them everyday was a treat for our whole family. Dania took care of every detail and request we presented to her and made excellent suggestions that made our stay perfect! She lined up an awesome masseuse for 9 of us to enjoy relaxing massages by the pool, do yourself a favor and ask about that! By far our favorite part was the sweet staff that took care of us from start to finish! We had the best meals and drinks made for us daily and the villa was immaculate always thanks to their tireless efforts. The two golf carts made touring Casa de Campo easy and it was all we needed to get around. This was by far one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had and were so sad to leave. We can't wait to return and recapture that Villa Anaima magic! Thanks again!

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Anaima. The staff was simply amazing taking care of every details and ensuring we, as a family, we happy and able to enjoy our stay with no issues. The Villa is simply beautiful, and very well maintained. Seneida worked her magic cooking and preparing meals for such a picky family! Do yourself a favor and book this villa for a wonderful family vacation. Dania was very attentive to all details even prior than our visit designing a whole new menu for us during our stay (and adjusting all our food restrictions gluten free- Dairy free restrictions). We thank Dania and her staff for allowing our family to have an I forgettable vacation with the family. Thank you! We will certainly be back next year.

We had to most amazing first time in CDC, especially in this beautifully appointed retreat. All was flawless, clean, accessible, safe and always at our beck and call whenever we needed them. Dania and her amazing team took care of every little detail to ensure our stay was A+! Definitely one for the best vacation spots in our book!

We just returned from a wonderful six night stay at Anaima Villa. We were a party of ten, six adults and four teenagers ranging in age from 14-78. Everything about our stay was exceptional and everyone had a great time. The villa itself is clean and beautiful with plenty of open air, shaded sitting areas to spread out, all overlooking the pool. The villa staff was very friendly and accommodating. Seneida cooked breakfast each morning and four dinners - all meals were fresh and delicious. Yunior was available throughout the day and evening for anything we needed, always with a smile on his face. He also set a beautiful table for all our meals. We celebrated birthdays while there and Seneida and Yunior planned a special meal, including a surprise birthday cake for the occasion. Altagracia provided fresh towels every day, tidied up and did any laundry we needed. Dania was incredibly easy to work with, answering my many questions and was available to us at all times, from reserving the villa until the final hours of our stay. The villa itself is in a great location, quiet and at the end of a culdesac. It was very easy to get to the marina, beach, hotel and golf courses with the golf carts provided. We were all sad to leave and would not hesitate to return to Anaima Villa. Five stars all the way!

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous and beautifully furnished villa. The property itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Yunior anticipates your needs with a smile and Sineida cooks delicious meals! The resort itself has all you could need to keep entertained.
The property manager is incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions.

The perfect house!
We absolutely loved our trip to the Dominican Republic and stay at Anaima Villa. The staff (Seneida, Altagracia and Junior) were there and available to make sure our every need was met. We had breakfast every day at the house with fresh fruit, orange juice and pancakes and Seneida cooked 3 lunches and 2 dinners for us. Everything was delicious. The house is perfect with plenty of space for hanging out by the pool, playing cards, cocktails and dining. Our rooms were comfortable and the beds and linens were all nice. We will definitely look into returning to this property if we venture back to Casa de Campo. We loved the whole experience at this property!

We could have not had a more wonderful vacation at Casa de Campo. We have been many times and this property was the best we have EVER stayed in. At the top of list was the INCREDIBLE staff who greeted us with open arms and a DELICIOUS welcome drink. The villa is immaculate and beautifully decorated with gorgeous artwork. The open air living spaces are so comfortable. The bedroom suites left you with nothing to want for. Very comfortable beds and linens. Having two golf carts was also very convenient. Thank you so much for sharing your fabulous home. Hope to return!

The house is spectacular, the location perfect, but the staff made the trip the best ever! There were nine of us and Juan and the rest of the staff all made sure everything was taken care of. We used the golf carts for everything, no need to leave the resort, which is really beautiful. All in all, a really wonderful trip!

Amazing home in Casa de Campo
This home is beautiful and in a great location. The space is great for a family. But above all else the staff and service was excellent. Starting from the owner who helped us with all of our request and was very readily available, to the house staff which always greeted us with a smile. We will be back again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great stay at CDC.

In any event, I highly recommend your stay here, and I look forward to planning my next vacation here, as well!

Amazing Staff and House
We had an amazing stay, the staff was amazing and Ricky went above and beyond to get us everything we needed. We even got a flat tire and he called and arranged everything with the gardener for us to get the tire fixed. The food was perfect, the house was very comfortable and beautiful and the staff was very professional! Thank you again
