This was a great choice for us as a family of four. The staff was super welcoming and attentive to our needs. The beach is only a short walk away and was amazing. There are shops and restaurants nearby, plus an amazing spot to watch the Crete sunset. Will definitely consider it for a future visit.
We did not find any significant issues. The place is a little bit outdated but not in bad shape. The extra charge for the AC makes sense, but it might as well be included in the room price during the summer months.

L’établissement très animé bien situé , la piscine , beaucoup de restaurant au tour.
Cuisine pas pratique avec enfant Pas de micro-ondes, pas assez d’espace pour cuisiner , pas assez de casseroles pour une famille de 4.
En arrivant de nuit pas d’eau à boire jusqu’au lendemain . Il faut au moins accueillir ses clients avec une bouteille d’eau en cas de soif la nuit

Beautiful, clean and welcoming structure
As a good Italian I like to cook, the induction hob did not work well, the pans supplied are not suitable for induction, they must be replaced with those suitable for cooking Induction.More than an hour to boil a liter of water for my little son

Sea View, Pool View, Size
I got bit loads, tics all over floor of apartment.
Anfield bar next door full of troublesome customers. I actually got started on for trying to order some food from the waitress. Avoid this bar like the plaque as it is full of the idiots you come on holiday to get away from. Reed the negative reviews online there are 23 now saying similar things. Being threatened by locals is a familiar thing, and they are not Cretan local’s.
