Fabulous location. We were in an apartment which was a great size. It was really comfortable with a nice big bed and firm mattress.
We hung the ‘clean my room’ on our door. A towel was changed and there was some cleaning done but the bed wasn’t made and the coffee wasn’t replaced. The AC can only be controlled centrally. We said on a few occasions that it was too hot in the apartment and requested that it was turned down but it wasn’t.
Although the Hotel has wellness in its name, you have to pay an additional amount to use the pool and sauna which was annoying.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. One strange thing we noticed was that we booked two identical rooms, but one of them had a capsule coffee machine and a hairdryer, while the other did not have a coffee machine and only included two rather cheap 3-in-1 coffee sachets, no hairdryer as well((((
Overall, the location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and the two-floor apartment layout were excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much! 😊

Wellness is great , the saunas , jacuzzi and massage was perfect. The central location and the in-house parking is great . The room was a nice size.
Ok breakfast but very unfriendly service . They did not show us the last available table , only when we pushed to be seated , they have found one . They did not warn us at all before the buffet closure (for last round ), just started to clean up. We were still finishing outr coffee at 10.20 but they simply turned off the lights in the restaurant .
Service was poor in general. No personnel in the saunas to provide explanation and bathrobe and slippers.
They gave us wrong info about the use of szepkartya vouchers .
No shampoo in the room and the trash bag of the previous cleaning service was left outside of the door by mistake .
