I love how spacious the unit is and the fact that we were able to cook and do our laundry. Everything inside the unit was exceptional. So happy about having 3 bathrooms and very appreciative of the drinking water provided.
I didn't like that there were no pool rules posted or that I was not made aware of before someone started scolding me for having more than 3 people at the pool. First of all I booked for 4 people but was told only were listed and that only 3 people per unit could use the pool at a time. I was told to go to the other building and get a copy of the pool rules myself.

the room was left unlocked so it was easy to open the room.
What we did not like was the difficulty in checking in. The caretaker assured us that everything was ok but when we arrived, we were not told to enter the property because the caretaker was not around. We had to wait for a long time because we had to contact the caretaker who was currently on a trip abroad. It was hassle for us.
What we most disliked was the attitude of the host/owner when we had questions. The host has a bad attitude which almost made me cancel the booking but I did not because it was non-refundable. Good thing that I contacted Hazel who was easy to talk to. If not for Hazel, we would give this property the lowest rating.
As for the facilities, they were good and applicable for families. There was also a swimming pool that can be used by the guests but just needs permission from the guard.
As for the location, we liked it just because our families were booked in Dusit hotel for an event. Other than that, there are better choices in Mactan with better locations. Not recommended if you do not need to be in the area. It is far from everything.
