Private Beech Mountain home located minutes away from all the winter and summer activities! Our fully renovated traditional Beech Mountain Round House sits on a small creek with lots of outdoor living and cozy exposed wood beam interior living. One of the many unique features of our home includes two twin bed size sleeping cubbies in the loft area for the kids, see the pictures for more details. The amenities of our home include: Wireless High-Speed Internet, Air Conditioning, Fireplace, Smart TVs, Washer & Dryer, Children Welcome, Secure Parking*, No Smoking, Heater Char Broil gas grill Bedrooms: 2 Queen Total beds: 6 (2 queen and 4 twin) Sleeps: 6 Minimum stay from 2 night(s) Bookable directly online - Book vacation rental Note: The rope swing in the pictures has been removed, due to safety concerns. It will be reinstalled when we can ensure the safety of our guests. * The parking area is monitored 24/7 by a single security camera to ensure it is available for guests of Creekside Beech House only. No other cameras are on the property.

Better than expected from online pics. Great location, super cozy, responsive host! Kids loved the loft as their own private hangout. Our first choice now for beech mountain.

We have stayed on Beech Mountain every year for the past 18 years. Never the same location. This is the FIRST time we have ever wanted to stay at the same property again. Clean, great layout, great location and updated. Owner is great at communication and responds quickly, which is a bonus.

Definitely good for a family of 4. My teenage daughters enjoyed the loft area. Gas fireplace was nice. It had just snowed about a foot before we arrived, but roads were clear, and they cleared the snow so we could have a place to park, and to walk up the stairs. It was like a winter wonderland. We did skiing and tubing. Definitely a good choice.

This is an excellent location to Beech Mountain Resort. Short walk across the street to the ski slopes. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Our teens enjoyed the sleeping loft and the fire pit outside. Garth, the owner, responded promptly to our questions and was a fantastic host. We’d definitely stay here again.

I wish I could rate this property more than 5 stars! The quaint, rustic, coziness of Creekside Beech House was just what our family was looking for. We enjoyed the deck, fireplace, and sleeping nooks especially. And the cleanliness of the house was incredible! The house is convenient to restaurants, attractions and Lees-McRae. Also, the host is super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!!

This property was just amazing. It was so cute and quaint. I have a 3 year old and 7 year old. They absolute adored the built in cubby holes for their beds upstairs. It was the perfect addition. They felt like they were sleeping in a fort. We utilized the fire pit each night. It was just beautiful-plenty of seating and just great. So much wildlife as well. My daughter had to start keeping a count of how many deer she saw. The kids loved seeing them on the property so close to us. Definitely recommend 10/10. Garth was so easy to reach and very accommodating as well. Overall just a great experience. We will definitely be staying here again!

Loved having neighborhood deer roaming in morning and afternoons. Nice fireplace and fire pit. Beds high for short folks, but very comfortable. Sofas need to be replaced: no support. But on the whole, a nice getaway and good response from host when needing help with tv.

This was a great vacation home. The owner was very responsive to questions and courteous.
The home was cozy and clean and the outside fire pit was perfect for s’mores and the string lights were a nice touch.
Overall great experience and trip and would highly recommend.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was so cozy. We came down for Autumn at Oz and really loved our weekend here. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely responsive and attentive. We will be back the next time we return to Oz!

Good property hard to to find in the dark.. Great location It was very clean and the beds and bedding are super. WE had a few minor issues outside but the owner handled fast.
Overall we would book again!!!!!

This is an amazing house - the sound of the water in the creek, the fire pit, the fully furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds and the location was great. We didn't want to leave. Great wifi and great AT&T cel signal. Couldn't have asked for a better mountain getaway!

We visited from Charleston with our 3 and 6 yo daughters. They are already asking to go back. The creek was the perfect play area for them. We enjoyed fires every night. The girls loved the little sleeping cubbies. I was surprised by how much there was to do on Beech Mt. We hiked, canoed, rode the ski lift - we never needed to go down the mountain!

Property was great, only complaint was the cooling unit did not cool the house... we struggled to keep it comfortable with all the fans and opening windows as it was cooler outside in the evening than the house. Clearly it was mid-july in the mountains so cant really expect much different. would absolutely come back!

We stayed in Creekside Beech house for the 4th of July. The property is nice sitting up on a hillside over the gravel road below. Deer were common visitors! The home is nice and is certainly a mountain house. The old wooden floors were exactly what you would want and expect in a mountain house. Very cozy and the creek and waterfall could be heard easily from the 2nd bedroom. Even with a home on each side, the way the place is laid out and the trees on property, we could not see another person from our high perch above the road. We had a great time. Very close to Beech Mountain Ski resort. Thanks Bill and Christy

My husband and I were looking for a restful few days away from our very busy lives and we got exactly that at this beautiful creekside cabin. We enjoyed our stay so much, and our host, Garth, went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of. Great host and great vacation!

We stayed in this cabin for 2 nights and it was a great stay! Our two daughters loved the little cubby beds. The cabin in well thought out and everything is labeled and so easy to use. It was a quick jump to the ski resort. Garth was an excellent communicator and even accommodated a couple of extra requests. We plan to stay here again soon!

We enjoyed it so much, the location was perfect. the place was super cozy and neat. loved the fearless deer who visited us frequently! beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, everything labeled conveniently. Would love to come back!!
Small things-Would’ve been nice to have at least one more trash bag (only one provided) and another dish detergent tablet for the dishwasher (one provided).

This was fascinating, our best trip ever just to mention it was like being in a winter wonderland. We love the atmosphere, loved the mountains ⛰️ lots of snow ❄️ many deer’s running around. Comfortable house lots of space very warm and cozy. Great place to come and spent time away with love ones. Recommend it for sure…..

Cabin is great, it’s within walking distance to the ski resort on Beech Mountain. Kids loved the loft, plenty of space. Will definitely stay again. Communication with property owners is 5+ stars. Our first white Christmas vacation and we loved it.

I cannot say enough good things about the owner- Garth. He is very responsive and helpful!! We had a wonderful time at the cabin and at Beech Mountain. The creek and outdoor lights at the cabin are wonderful.

just a short walk from some great restaurants and close to the slopes. The house was perfect for us, clean tidy. Our host welcomed us with open arms. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great lounge area, ideal for just chilling after a day mooching.

We've gone to the mountains of NC every Fall for a week or so for the last 10 years or so. We usually try out a different area every time. This was our first visit to Beech Mountain. Man are the roads curvy! We liked this house and the off the highway development (not really a development but I don't know what else to call it) it is in. A Deer greeted us as we were climbing the steps to the house. Turns out they were everywhere and not afraid of people- kind of nice. The steps are long and steep but that's what happens when you build in mountainous terrain. Tough on my old knees both moving in and moving out but wouldn't be a problem for someone younger or with younger knees! Anyway, it is a beautiful and peaceful area and we enjoyed our week there. Everything worked well and was comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our quick weekend getaway at the cabin. Although my kids are grown, we all complimented the loft and little sleeping cubbies it has. Everything was cozy and made us immediately feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, so that's a plus! The outdoor area is amazing and the pictures are exactly as it looks, you won't be disappointed!
*please note that there are quite a few lengthy steep steps to reach the cabin, so it's not recommended for wheelchair or anyone with mobility issues
