Situated in Monterosso al Mare, this attractive condo for $364 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Picabon Apartment with AC & Balcony is a lovely, all-comfort, intimate apartment in the heart of the historical village of Monterosso, Cinque Terre. The owner recently restored and refurbished the property to offer a lovely charming rental. Picabon location is just amazing! It lies in the very heart of the village, in quiet position, in one of the oldest part of the Cinque Terre hamlet. The Apartment Picabon Apartment with AC & Balcony is a second floor property in a historical building in the past home of one of the most ancient noble families of the village: the Mangiamarchi. The crest of the family is today visible on the Ardesia frame of a cabinet in the sitting room that serves as bookshelf. The apartment door opens on a large open space, a cute sitting area with wicker furniture, a double sofa bed. Behind a deco curtain we find a double bed. From the sleeping area we have access to a spacious bathroom with shower. In front of the apartment door we have access to a large, modern kitchen with dining table. In this room an armchair bed provides sleep for a fifth guests. The balcony of the apartment offers a lovely outdoor space and view on the curious street Via Buranco. On the balcony a closet with washing machine. Air Conditioning in all the apartment and free wifi. Why choosing this property Picabon Apartment with AC & Balcony is ideal rental solution for everybody: couples, families and solo travellers will find here a relaxing, quiet retreat just steps from the bustling village life of Monterosso and its beaches Good to Know Picabon Apartment with AC & Balcony is right in the pedestrian area of the old part of Monterosso village. As for all the properties of the old village cars cannot approach them close . There are two car parking areas in the village. Consider that taxis from the train station can stop approximately only 150 mt. from it. Please Note Cinque Terre Riviera does not provide refunds for declarations of war, acts of war, travel alerts or warnings issued by the Italian government or any other government, airline related stoppage or re-routings, or any other events beyond its control. Cinque Terre Riviera will not be held liable or provide any refund due to the condition of certain amenities, including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machines, private telephones, wifi, lack of heating during forbidden season (Apr 1st - Oct 31st) and other appliances.
