Location is fantastic, you are 7min walk to everywhere: shops, beach, bus stop to Sarande, restaurants, cocktail bars, brilliant location. Bars nearby play very loud music until midnight and then it goes off so it was fine.
The host and cleaning lady were really kind, friendly, attentive and got speedy responses from the host whenever we needed something.
It should be better equipped considering there is a kitchenette at least with proper cutlery.

Host gentili e disponibili. Struttura pulita, accogliente, non manca niente. Posizione fantastica al centro di Ksamil nella zona pedonale, puoi raggiungere a piedi sia spiagge e che vita notturna.
Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Excellent location. Snow-white towels and bedding, private parking in the courtyard, Wi-Fi. The host was responsive and easy to reach throughout our stay at any time.
The advertised discount of around 50% created higher expectations than the property ultimately met. It felt more like an apartments than a hotel. The soundproofing was poor, so noise from outside was easily noticeable. The bathroom is a wet room, and there was a sharp piece of glass left from a previously installed shelf above the sink. We also found a bug under the bedsheet on our first day. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable to use. On our last morning, there was no running water. Communication in English with the host was sometimes difficult due to unclear responses.
