Good location, good parking, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very nice and spacious terrace with astounding view of the mountains and the sea.
The kitchen and the kitchenware were not very clean and we had to wash everything we used. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were no ice cubes in the refrigerator, and no ice cube trays. Wifi worked only on the balcony. There were no mosquito nets at the bedroom windows, and no mosquito tablets. The host left us coffee and tea on the house, but no sugar, and when we asked about sugar, he told us to buy it from the market. The washing machine didn't work properly, it stopped before rinsing. There was a printed list of requests from the host, asking his clients to clean up after their mess (?), and in fact we had to clean his - we had to wash even the handles of the doors, because they were sticky. There was a lot of noise from the traffic and from the roosters and chickens below, and sometimes a bad odour came from them.

It is in a great location with an amazing balcony overlooking the bay and the islands around. Squeaky clean and has fully equipped kitchen (we like to cook our own food). It was over all an amazing experience. We are very grateful for the owners hospitality.

I was in lefkada before and always had long routes to drive in order to reach some interesting spots.
This time I think i found the ideal spot.
Few mins from vasiliki where you have many options for food and cruises but at the same time away from massive tourism. The village where the appartment is located, seems to be authentic with nice local people and few good options for food.
It is pretty close to all lefkada signature beaches but also to some mountain villages for alternative tourism.
The appartment is well renovated and spacious. Big balkony with view is the highlight.
Owner, Nikos, was very friendly and helpful anytime we had to ask him for recommendations.
Would definitely try to stay there again in future!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 4–5 guests. The large terrace is definitely one of its highlights, offering amazing mountain views and a beautiful sea view in the distance. The terrace and the location were the things I enjoyed most about the property.
The village of Agios Petros is ideally located, within approximately 30 minutes by car of some of Lefkada’s most beautiful beaches, including Egremni, Porto Katsiki, Gialos, Megali Petra, and Avali. Vasiliki is also only about 10 minutes away by car, making it convenient for evening walks, dining, and other activities.
Agios Petros itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including several excellent tavernas, a bakery, and a local shop, all within walking distance.
Overall, the combination of the spacious apartment, fantastic terrace, peaceful village setting, and convenient location makes it a great base for exploring Lefkada.
Before I say anything else, I should mention that having a bad vacation in Greece is almost impossible. 😊
Agios Petros is a traditional Greek village, with all the charm and character that comes with it - including some of the noises you might not be used to if you live in a very quiet area.
There are several sources of noise around the property: road traffic, a metal drainage cover directly in front of the house that makes a rather loud “clang-clang” whenever a car drives over it, and, of course, the local rooster orchestra. There seem to be at least three members of the band, although I never managed to count them properly. Their morning performance starts remarkably precisely at 5:00 AM and continues until the first church bells and the clock tower join in.
Fortunately, the village is generally quiet between midnight and 5:00 AM, so we still managed to get some sleep which continues later on the beach which was great option. The beds were too firm for my preference, which made sleeping even more difficult, especially with the early-morning noise.
Despite these little quirks, Agios Petros has wonderful, friendly and welcoming people, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. These are simply things worth knowing if you are accustomed to a very quiet environment.
