The place is perfect, right in front of the beach. The staff were great and very kind. We liked so much that we came back to days after.

Pros: close to the sea and beautiful beaches, good location near shops and cafes, the room was cleaned well and upon request every day, comfortable and not small bed, TV with YouTube, mini fridge, hairdryer, kettle, balcony with garden view, the general area is blooming and green.
The room is not very big, the corridors in front of the entrance to the room are narrow, the photo of the room in booking does not show the real condition of the apartment and the room. In some places the walls near the bed do not look very good, also almost every day the smell of sewage from the bathroom is terrible, you can almost constantly feel the stench, the water in the sink did not drain well. The balcony is large, without a special view, a small table is clean to drink coffee there, etc. but not to have dinner, but if you would like more privacy on the balcony you can forget about it because there are no partitions between the neighboring balconies, you can see your neighbors and they you, there are also no umbrellas there although there are stands for them (had to ask) and it was a small umbrella not for the stand that is there and it will not protect you much from the sun if you suddenly want to relax on the balcony, because the umbrella that was there should have been downstairs in the bar. The parking lot is very steep, you need to be a skilled driver but this is the norm for this area, I just did not like that at every Someone constantly approached the parking lot, each time it was new people and asked if we had paid, that this was a private area, etc. It was a bit unpleasant and it was not clear who these people were, and why the administrators of this property did not particularly control this.

The location was great. Parking was good and easy.
The couch in the room was not comfortable to sit on and was especially not comfortable to sleep on when made into a bed. It is an expensive place to have such an uncomfortable sleeping option. Also, it was a bit odd each morning to have the blanket being used by the third person in our group be folded and returned to the main bed without a third blanket being offered.

The location near the beach is good, it is helpful that they have parking although the spaces are fairly tight even for European cars. Staff is friendly.
It lacks basic amenities that would be easy to add to improve the stay. They do not make your bed for you but leave clean sheets on the end. They do not have anywhere to hang wet towels or place soap and toiletries in shower. No toilet paper holder. The rooms were basic and fine, the beds were not very comfortable. Average construction at best.
