Clean apartment, great location just 3 minutes from the beach, bus stop nearby, restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. Friendly host. Both air conditioners worked well. Nice balcony with a view of Mount Etna.
It would be useful to have an electric kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. Some laundry detergent and a few extra trash bags would also be appreciated. The road outside is noisy at night.

Apartamento con cocina, correcto. Una buena terraza con hamacas y tendedero. La ubicación perfecta para mi, justo al lado de la parada de bus.
La cama era horrible, dormí mal.
El aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada.
Dije en 3 o 4 menajes que estaría a las 4 de la tarde (es la hora que pone en booking, no sé si será antes) y cuando llegué tuve que esperar en el portal y llamar a que viniera alguien. Muy mal.
La persona responsable no hablaba inglés.
Había una lavadora, pero no estaba conectada.
Nos llamaron la atención (aunque llego dijeron que no había pertinencia) por no hacer el check out a las 10, cuando en booking pone que es a las 11.
