Disappointing. Dirty and smelly place with dirty towels & bedding set, most uncomfortable bed that makes noise at every move. Also this place is by train lines so very very noisy.

Compact studio with free parking in the street. Am occasion to see a traditional house from inside.

Very easy to park right outside with a 15 min easy and pleasant walk to the centre of the city. Good value great base to locate for a couple of days visit to Amiens. Apartment has everything you need to self cater for a short stay and is perfectly spacious for a couple of people with good coffee and tea supplied, and good wifi. Easy check in and check out with the lock box

Bed was on the soft side and had to hold the shower in your hand to use

Attractive compact apartment 10 min walk from centre.

On road parking but a quiet street. Very narrow stairs up to apartment not a problem for us but those with restricted mobility would struggle.

It was nice that I could take my cat. The facilities were basically clean, but some of the bathroom decor trapped dirt in its grooves

The VERY narrow & steep staircase! I am not big, but my shoulders touched the staircase walls on both sides. The stair treads were so tiny, even for my UK size 3 feet. There was no space for a handrail & it was necessary to go up & down sideways. If it were in the UK, it would not have met planning permission and would have been illegal, as well as totally dangerous. Minor niggles were that no milk was provided to go with tea/coffee. The double bed was against the wall. The mattress was so thin & had no support on a wire mesh with frame & pillows were awful.

Wonderful little studio. Clean, tidy and beautifully presented. Short walk to town and historical attractions. Comfy bed. Everything we needed.

Great little apartment as base for exploring Amiens. Not too far from the city center!

The lady only spoke French. So communication wasn’t really possible. Although also not really necessary for us personally.

It's been a great stay. The flat is very nicely furnitured and spotlessly clean. The communication with the owner was super easy and very nice and welcoming. The owner has a good eye for details and I would love to come back one day

The trains are a little noisy but that's obviously nothing the owner could change.

Nice clean, modern studio. Responsive hosts. 15 minute walk into town. Very reasonably priced.

Was particularly warm during our stay so had to sleep with windows open and could hear trains come past. Very steep, narrow staircase, manageable for us but probably not for anyone with mobility issues.
