Excelent views, very clean, everything you could want in the way of equipment. Host was delightful. They also supplied toilet roll, washing up liquid, hand soap, cleaning products etc..
The only negative was the road noise (Ajaccio defo has a motorbikes & scooters with 'sports' exhausts problem!) but only when the apartment"s windows were open ... then again you can't have everything !! Bonus for the road outside,... location is right on the bus route into town.

Very clean and newly renovated apartment
Traffic noise when windows are open
