This carriage house is located in the beautiful Preserve at Grayton community in Santa Rosa Beach. With the safety of a gated community & high-quality amenities, like 2 pools, this is the perfect getaway retreat! As you enter this cozy cottage, you will see the main living space. The sleeper sofa features a queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, and Coffee Pot! It is not a full kitchen but comes with enough essentials to gather together and enjoy our local favorite restaurants! Up the stairs, you will find your sleeping area featuring a King-sized bed with a private bathroom. This cozy cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway! In the evening sit out on the patio and enjoy the evening breeze. In addition, The Preserves offers a game room, tennis courts, pools, and so much more!

• Top Floor Bedroom: 1 King Bed

Perfect space for a couple! The host communication throughout the scheduling, to arrival and departure generated a sense of investment and we felt valued. The cleanliness of the space, the gated community, the private beach along with beach chairs and umbrella made for the perfect getaway.

This is a perfect unit for one or two people. It was quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed watching the wildlife from the window. I had zero cell reception, which was inconvenient. I was working on this trip. The internet was mostly stable, but I was unable to call an Uber, so I had to text someone else to do that for me. Gate code to the beach/boardwalk did not work.

The rental was in a great location where we could easily bike to Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain for meals and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pools and ping pong table in the fitness center. The walk to the beach is long but pleasant because of the shaded boardwalk.

This cottage is well appointed. The bedroom and master bath are excellent. The main living area is nice but very small. The sofa is very comfortable so this is okay for a couple who want to eat out for all meals. The major downside for us is that the only way to get to their private lives beach was a very long walk on a boardwalk and crossing 30-A. If you stay here bring your own beach chairs and umbrella so you can drive to a public beach.
