The premises and linen were fresh, very clean and tidy - thank you, this was very much appreciated! The spot was near the private hospital which was our goal.
Only some minor issues (which are fairly manageable): the remote batteries were somewhat depleted, making it challenging to manage the TV. The replacement batteries were also depleted. Although the beds were great, unfortunately, the pillows were old and a little uncomfortable. Although we paid in full until the last day (we had to leave 24 hours earlier to pick up a patient from the hospital and transfer to Cape Town), we were disappointed to note that our WiFi connection was disconnected at 11am.
