We had a pleasant stay at the Comfort Basaran Otel. The room was neat and clean with all necessary amenities available. The beds were very comfy. There was a lift too at the hotel. We had a booking for 3 nights and we extended for another 3 nights. It was quiet at night so you can have a good sleep. The hotel is located in the muratpasha area with easy access to visit all the tourist places in the old town. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location of the hotel was very nice. Also one other thing I liked is that after my check-out I called them to say that I forgot something in the room and they kept iy for me.
The first room that I got in with my husband it had dirty bedsheets and towels (with stains and marks from shows like someone had step one them), we asked to move to another one and also the next one was in the same condition. After all, we asked again for new bedsheets and towels and they brought new clean ones.

The location is ideal for the tourist, bus stop, tram, restaurants and Mark Antalya mall are just 3 mints walk away. Room had ampel space for a family of 3. Internet connection was stable.
Poor room service, cleaners didn't showed up for 3 days. Need to look at the bed quality.
