We stayed at this lovely apartment in Corfu for three days and had a very pleasant experience.
The apartment is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to the city center. The spaces are well maintained and thoughtfully designed, with a very tasteful and stylish interior.
The loft area is a little low, but the beds are comfortable, the living room is cozy, and although the bedroom is small, it is very charming. The bathroom is practical and has everything you need.
We stayed for three days and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. Communication with Thanos was excellent — he was very helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, wyposażenie mieszkania. Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko - restauracje za rogiem, sklepik z owocami za rogiem, sklepik spożywczy - 200 metrów. Zejście do morza na szybką kąpiel - 5 minut. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny!

La posizione centrale in Old Town Corfu è sicuramente strategica, è decisamente il punto forte della casa.
Inoltre l'host si è sempre dimostrato disponibile alle richieste in loco e fornisce una lavatrice all'interno della sistemazione (dettaglio non trascurabile e non scontato).
La casa, rispetto alle foto, risulta essere più piccola (il piano rialzato è adatto solo ai bambini), sconsigliata per più di una coppia.
Abbiamo inoltre rilevato alcuni disservizi:
- wi-fi molto lento (difficoltà di connessione su più devices);
- rubinetto cucina difettoso;
- presenza di scarafaggi, richiesto quindi intervento di pulizia correttamente effettuato (senza extra dopo contrattazione).
Ultima nota, ma forse più importante, avevamo prenotato il soggiorno a inizio anno per un determinato importo, a seguito poi di un disservizio del sito e quindi della cancellazione automatica abbiamo immediatamente ri-prenotato la struttura con la medesima modalità ma a prezzo maggiorato in quanto nei mesi successivi alla ns prima prenotazione erano cambiati i termini. A espressa richiesta di scontarci la differenza ci è stato comunicato più volte che non poteva rimborsarci per un problema della piattaforma nonostante sia stato comunque proposto il bonifico/saldo tramite paypal. Quindi l'opzione "Rimborsiamo le differenze di prezzo" non è stata riconosciuta.
