公寓的地理位置还可以，从地铁中洲川端（Nakasu-Kawabata）站的7号出口出来再走10分钟左右（7号出口有一个不太容易发现的直梯，方便拿行李上到地面。当然，坐扶梯也可以）；公寓不远有个便利店，走路5分钟有营业到凌晨1点的Shin Shin拉面店。公寓本身无人值守，可以通过前台的pad办理入住，所以需要提前备好公寓发来的大门密码。公寓的公共区域和房间内部很干净。房间本身比一般的日本酒店要大，适合全家入住。
房间内的沙发皮质有磨损，但不影响使用。
洗衣机上的操控按键全是日文，希望旁边能准备各种语言翻译。

Great room for a family of 5 staying near Anpanman Musuem. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby, and walking distance to Canal City.
