Minden közel van gyalog (strand 10 perc, óváros 20 perc, bolt 10 perc). Több jó étterem a környéken. Árnyékos saját parkoló. Kedves tulajdonos. Tágas, fényes. Nagy balkon.

Nincs klíma. Nagy melegben éjszaka sem mozdul a levegő, az utca zajos, nyitott ablakkal nagyon zavaró. Egy nagyon régi, hangos ventillátor van, aludni nem lehet mellette. Nagyon kicsi a hűtő, néhány vízen és apróságon kívül más nem fér bele. Ha valaki főzni is szeretne, az bajban lesz. A konyha alap dolgokkal felszerelt, nekünk a Boros pohár hiányzott. A franciaágy matracok rettenetesen kényelmetlenek, süppednek, régiek. Reggelente mindenünk fájt. Kevés konnektor, ami van az mind rossz helyen.
