Swimming pool area absolutely beautiful however more sunbeds/ deckchairs to accommodate number of properties.
Spacious accomodation.
Short walk to town.
Actual townhouse a little worn given paying premium price.
Patio area could have been weeded/ better tended.
Shower leaked all.over bathroom floor.... unavoidable... and minimal towels etc to clean up.
No floor brush/ iron in property.
Local dog/ (dogs) barking a lot... not fault of property however.

The premises (not the apartment) are very nice and it is greatly located within walking distance from everything in Tavira.
Overly expensive... Apartments are ok'ish, but getting old - I have been going there on and off since it first oppened.
And honestly if you drive +50km east to Spain you get the same level of accommodation for half the price.
Pictures of the available apartments in booking.com are also very confusing not allowing you to identify which apartment is which.
