Amazing location for exploring Prati Di Tivo and Gran Sasso. Check in was easy and Giovanni was really lovely and responsive. The apartment has everything you'd need but is also close to some nice restaurants and bars. Thanks so much for letting us stay!
The hotel itself is a bit rustic but that didn't take away from our stay in the apartment.

Ottima posizione, casa spaziosa, ottima pulizia e molto gentile il proprietario, che mi ha fatto trovare, oltre ai beni di prima necessità, bibite fresche in frigo e un set per il tè con vari gusti. Gentilezze che vengono molto apprezzate.

Proprietario molto gentile, ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili sui luoghi da visitare, dove mangiare ed info in tempo reale sulle attività del luogo. L'appartamento è molto carino, funzionale e fornito di tutto il necessario (lavatrice con detersivo, cucina completa di sale, zucchero, caffè, olio, pasta, detersivi e spugnette). Non è necessario acquistare nulla per soggiornare.
Il comprensorio in cui si trova l'appartamento è vecchio e tenuto male sia dentro che fuori. La pulizia dell'appartamento deve essere migliorata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è molto buono anche se siamo andati in alta stagione. È troppo caro sia per la tipologia di appartamento e soprattutto per il comprensorio in cui si trova.
