Superb modern home, uniquely benefiting from having the University, the Old Course, and the town’s shops and cafes within a short 5-10 min walk, yet having the convenience of dedicated indoor parking. The bright apartment has 5 sets of Juliet balconies overlooking the park and the picturesque Lade Braes walk.
Parkview sits in a tranquil location with easy parking via remotely operated doors and easy access to a small exclusive development with stair or lift access to the first floor apartment. The south facing contemporary apartment is light and spacious with floor to ceiling windows throughout the living area and both bedrooms. The property has an open plan kitchen dining and living area with a contemporary fire providing the focal point and the south facing wall being framed with 3 double floor to ceiling sets of doors opening out to the park. The marble dining table and Dalton leather seating provides comfortable dining for 4 and 5 with a squeeze!
The living area is furnished with a blend of Arne Jacobsen inspired individual seating and modern leather sofas.
The property has 2 bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and the other can be set up as twin or super kingsize. The owners` 2 bicycles are available for use to allow guests to explore the town including a new mountain e-bike to provide a boost should you decide to venture further afield to discover the wider area.
A wee selection of Malt Whiskies is also available to hopefully help finish off a perfect day in historic St Andrews!

The flat was a wonderful place to stay during our golf trip to St. Andrew’s. Great accommodation all around - proximity to pubs and restaurants, coffee, excellent beds, and was very quiet at night. We will be back!

Fantastic flat! Very clean and fully equipped. All communication with Adam Forbes was a pleasure. It is located in a lovely and very convenient spot.

We loved our stay at this apartment! Walkable into town, so much to do in the area. Beds were comfy, showers and hot water worked well, large kitchen and dining area so we were able to cook in one night. Very secure (a little bit of a puzzle trying to get in with all the gates and codes, but we figured it out!). Couldn't figure out an appliance and the host replied right away even at a late hour.

This is a very comfortable place for four people. It is next to a beautiful park, and easy walking distance to the town. If you’re a golfer, make sure you book tee times well in advance.
