Located in Montecito, this attractive house for $1,551 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located in one of the most desirable areas of Montecito. A 7-minute walk to the exclusive shops and restaurants on Coast Village Road and another 5 to renowned Butterfly Beach, this modern, bright, warm family home is perfectly located for your Santa Barbara/Montecito getaway. Professionally landscaped in 2022 and newly renovated in 2020/21, this property has oak floors throughout, 4 beautiful, well-proportioned double bedrooms, 3.5 baths (two ensuite, one jack and jill), two comfortable living areas, laundry. The entertainer's dream kitchen is spacious and bright with a 48" Thermador Range/Hood, Viking Refrigerator, Bosch Dishwasher, large center island, bar with wine fridge, flip-out window with indoor/outdoor bar counter. Upstairs a 600 sq ft Master retreat is complete with ensuite, two private balconies, Zoom space, gas fireplace, Peloton. Sonos in every room. **Note: the master bath has yet to be renovated, and is still a mis-matched homage to the 80's.... Outdoor amenities include private dining area for 8-10 with Loll sofa lounge space and indoor/outdoor bar, modern STL7 spa, gas firepit with additional Loll outdoor seating, orange, lemon and lime trees for your cocktail-making pleasure, corn hole, surf boards, SUP, Bikes, Skateboards, Weber Genesis Gas Barbecue, Traeger Smoker, Sonance outdoor sound (via Sonos). Take the coastal bike path to Santa Barbara's "funk zone" for wine tasting and cool independent shops and restaurants. Incredible hiking trails, Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Santa Barbara Shops and Restaurants all within a 5-10 minute drive. Absolutely stunning (and delicious!!!) Santa Ynez wine country 45 minutes away. Quaint and lovely Ojai 45 minutes in the opposite direction. Perfect climate, beaches, mountains and remarkable sophistication for a town of 90,000... Santa Barbara truly is a little slice of heaven.

I stayed here for 10 days with my husband, 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter. The house was newly renovated, beautiful and thoughtfully stocked. The location could not have been better, 15 minute walk to the beach and shopping. The owner and the house manager were welcoming and very responsive and even helped me arrange housekeeping (for an extra fee). We would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

In these times, it's difficult to find a place where you can forget the troubles of the world for a minute and relax (especially with young children). But the house on Butterfly Lane didn't disappoint. From the start of the reservation process, the host was extremely communicative--letting us know about all of the amenities that were at our disposal like bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.. We were two families with 4 kids between us (ages 8-10 years) so we needed to know that there were a lot of activities to keep them busy. She also told us about remodel features that weren't quite up-to-date yet (like window curtains arriving late) and provided the solution (brand new sleep masks to keep out the light). Highlights of the house for us were: the close proximity to Butterfly Beach (a beach frequented mostly by locals) and the village restaurants with patio seating; 5 adult bikes (so we only had to bring the kid bikes) which we rode around the beautiful neighborhood; the huge master suite upstairs which we let the kids take over so that they had a place to hang out (carpeted so very little noise) and sit on their own balcony; and of course the rustic front yard with sprawling oak tree providing a canopy of shade and a playground for all kinds of birds, squirrels, bunnies, and chipmunks for us to watch. We wheeled the grill over to the outdoor dining table so my husband could grill while we drank a bottle of chardonnay left for us by the owner. She also welcomed us with a sweet gift for our girls who were celebrating their birthdays. I highly recommend this home for families. We can't wait to come back!

We have three small children and the quaint yard was more than enough to keep their imaginations busy during our stay. The layout of the house was also conducive for multi-aged guests as it felt that there were separate "zones" with privacy. The host, Jennifer was highly communicative throughout the entire process, addressing every question thoughtfully. She was very generous with use of their games closet, bikes, and other amenities on the property. Lastly, we happened to be up in Montecito when most of the shops, beaches, restaurants were closed due to COVID, and Jennifer accommodated our concerns and assured us that we still had many options and would enjoy our stay (which we did!). We would absolutely stay at this property again, top notch location and host!

Perfect Getaway
A beautiful home that helps you relax from the moment you arrive. It's set in Montecito with easy access to the beach and the town (both of Montectito and Santa Barbara). It was a perfect balance of feeling truly away while having all the comforts of easy access to everything you need and want. The property owner is really easy to communicate with and is helpful with finding fun things to do. We had a hard time saying good-bye.
