This house was so relaxing we had a hard time leaving to go do anything! Location is 10/10 - one block to town and 5min walk to a great neighborhood beach. 5min drive to the funk zone. Everyone was very comfortable and felt right at home. The kids loved running around on the turf in the backyard while we BBQ'd. Would love to come back in the future and enjoy this beautiful place again.

The property is conveniently located to every desirable location in and around Montecito. It is well appointed and clean and has multiple, lovely outdoor spaces for group gathers or personal space. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would return again. The host went above and beyond and was really helpful and communicative.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered this place. The inside was beautiful, but the outside had us blown away. So much room to spread out and enjoy the entertaining backyards!

The good: 1.The home is in a great location with easy access to get everywhere in Montecito (walking distance to town and beach) and Santa Barbara (via e-bike) -Rental place in Montecito town.
2. Gardens of the home are beautiful and private and perfect to relax in and to have a nice BBQ
3. Beds are comfortable and large rooms except the one off the kitchen (Only a double bed room). All amenities were provided in Kitchen and bathrooms.
Issues: 1. Communication with the host was difficult. Did not respond to messages via text message and messages through VRBO took over a week as Chris said he had issues with VRBO platform.
2. Dates booked through VRBO did not match confirmation sent from the host and took several days to get confirmation for the actual dates booked.
3. Hot Tub was very dirty as there was sand all inside of it likely from prior guests that were staying there. We ended up not using it.
4. Only main living area (by kitchen) and kids bedroom is air-conditioned. Some nights were fairly warm. Would be nice to have fans in each bedroom.
Overall nice experience and would recommend staying here.

We didn't want to leave them or the property. The grocery store and restaurants were walking distance, we totally enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood . The famous Luckys Steak Restaurant was a total hit. I can't say enough about our experience it was everything I wanted it to be for my bday celebration . This property is perfect for all age groups

This lovely spacious home includes four bedrooms and surprisingly large and peaceful outdoor spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and designed, sufficient for quality food preparation for eight of us. The beach and commercial Montecito are readily walkable. Santa Barbara is a short drive away.
Two of the bedrooms seem a bit unconventional at first, although they both served very comfortably.
The entrance to the house is on a quiet side street, requiring a quick turn immediately off the exit ramp from Highway 101. This is easy after the first time. The highway was minimally audible, although train tracks run at the bottom of the street with only a few trains each day.

Everything was so perfect, even better than I thought! Everyone that stayed were so impressed, even my dog. It was a nice getaway from our busy lives.
