The breakfast was nice, but you have to pay extra for eggs. The location was nice with a good view of the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful.
People staying near us were very loud, slamming doors constantly and standing in the hallway talking loudly

I really liked the location, and the staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendliness and hospitality made our stay more pleasant.
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the breakfast staff. We had breakfast there only twice, and on both occasions we felt that we were not treated well or served in the same way as the Turkish guests. It may have been due to a misunderstanding or difficulty communicating with us, but the difference in service was noticeable.
The service was extremely slow for us. We would receive only one dish and wait almost an hour for it, while the Turkish guests were being served much faster and offered a wider variety of food. Because of this, I would not recommend relying on the hotel for breakfast or including breakfast in your booking.
Also, there is no elevator, so the property may not be suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty using stairs.
