The location is excellent.

The cottage was in a very dishevelled state with numerous damages apparent.

Excellent location, lovely place to stay. Loved the size and space available in the house. Back garden gets sun all day.

Old hoover didn't work on the carpets. A few little repairs could have been done, nothing major just a few bits need fixing. No parasol for the garden table which would make it better for eating outside when it's very sunny.
