1 - الفندق نظيف ويهتم بالنظافة. 2 - يوجد بالفندق إفطار متنوع. 3 - توفر باص من الفندق إلى المسجد النبوي الشريف بحكم إن الفندق يبعد عن الحرم 2.5 كلم. 4 - رحابة وكبر مساحة الغرفة توفر في نفس الغرفة كنب نفرين وطاولة كبيرة وايضا توافر كرسيين مع طاولة جانبية . 5 - توفر المني بار؛ و مكواة لكي الملابس؛ فرشاة الأسنان؛ وإدواة الحلاقة؛ إدوات النظافة. 6 - أمانة عمال التنظيف. 7 - يتواجد سجادة صلاة و قرآن كريم.

1 - دخول الغرفة من غير إستأذن في وقت غيابي للتنظيف شي حلو لإن في فنادق 5 نجوم حتى لوقلت لهم نظفو الغرفة تتأخر عليك عمال التنظيف أو ماتجيك لتعذر النسيان أو الإزدحام. وفي نفس الوقت مو حلو لإن كانت ممتلكات و اشياء خاصة متواجدة على الطاولة لو اعلم أنهم بينظفون كان ابعدتهم عن الوجه. (( للعلم عمال التنظيف خدومين وامنين )) . 2 - عدم توفر خدمة سيارة أو باص من الفندق إلى المطار والعكس. (( حتى لو بشكل مبلغ رمزي ))

A little far from Haram but shuttle does solve that problem

Decent hotel, in a close enough location to haram. Bigger family room compared to the other hotels. Regular shuttle service to haram was helpful. Saudi kahwa and black tea in the lounge were good. Breakfast was decent and good.

Fridge area in the room was stinking when we moved in, I had to immediately call in housekeeping to clean the area. Carpet looked old and may need replacing or good steam cleaning. The guy at the porter area wasn't friendly to our kids.

It was very good experience Very comfortable

Staff are very cooperative
