1- 綺麗で掃除が行き届いていて良かった. 2- オーナーご夫妻もフレンドリーで多々お気遣いを頂き居心地が良かった. 3- 根室駅から徒歩で17-8分でしたのでAccessは良い方だと思った. 4- 閑散期でもあったので一人 ひと部屋にしてくれた事が すごく良かった （ オーナーご夫妻の気遣いが感じられた ）5- Bedも広く USB端子 ACコンセントも完備 SecurityBoxも完備でGoodでした.
1- 強いて記載するなら2Fへの階段が狭くて急であったとジジイには感じた. 2- キッチンにお醤油が無かった. 3- 日本茶も欲しかった.

This guest house has very clearly had much love poured into it.
Everything has been thought of, and is covered with multilingual labels, right down to the excellent charcoal shower gels.
The host, Aiko, is lovely, and breakfast is absolutely delicious.
Fully recommend staying here.
(Also heavily recommend hiring an ebike at Tokiwa Inn, and riding to Cape Nosappu (about 1.5 hours each way). Wild deer and beautiful scenery.)

friendly host, clean room and common showers which make it feel new. accomodation also provided the necessary amenities to use. we were traveling with an infant and host arranged for us to sleep in the only room available downstairs which was next to the common bathroom.
soundproofing was poor, there seemed to be only 2 shared toilets and 2 showers for all the guests in the accommodation - not sure if there are any upstairs. our room door was facing the stairs and common area, so there isn’t much privacy every time we open the door to exit or enter the room. had to take the time to remove the covers when we checked out even though we were rushing.

Michael and owner very accommodating and friendly. Place is very clean, spacious. Shower head has very powerful blast and invigorating. I liked their unusual charcoal shampoo, rinse and body soap (it made my skin smooth and hair refreshing). We arrived early and they were gracious to keep our luggage while we went around Nemuro and did some walking tour on our own then came back at 3:00pm for check in. They kindly brought our suitcase on the second floor where we had our bedroom space. Wide kitchen and dining space for eating, there is provision for coffee and tea too. Parking space in front for those coming with cars or motorcycles.
Perhaps it is hard for elderly to climb the stairs although they have also sleeping space downstairs but already taken. Nemuroman is about 15 minutes walk from Nemuro station so if there's luggage maybe better to take a taxi (Only Y640 (or less than US$5.00)).

Very friendly lady took care of all guests. Seamless check in process. Delicious breakfast with just right portion.
It was a busy night with many guests at the hostel. Although everyone was well mannered, my sleep often got disturbed by noises.
