Presupposto: venivo da un altro alloggio che era un disastro, piccolo e sporchissimo; e ci siamo spostati su questo nel bel mezzo della nostra vacanza. Che dire, una salvezza.
Abbiamo prenotato in velocità visto l'ottimo prezzo e le ottime recensioni.
Come siamo entrati ci veniva già da piangere, c'era un sacco di spazio, era tutto ordinato, poi abbiamo aperto la porta del bagno, wow. Il letto era comodissimo, i cuscini comodi, la doccia è fantastica. E' fornito di qualsiasi cosa vi possa servire, veramente.
Con il nostro soggiorno di 7gg avevamo anche una pulizia della stanza inclusa. Tornare la sera e trovarla pulita con tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani puliti è fantastico. E' possibile richiedere pulizie aggiuntive per una piccola somma, ma credo che una volta a settimana è già ottimo.
Una delle cose più belle è il "konbini pikachu" all'ingresso nella hall. In pratica è un angolino pieno di cose utili (cibi, acqua, pod per la lavatrice) tutto a 100 yen. Fantastico.
C'è una piccola lavanderia a gettoni a fianco alla struttura, comodissima. Inoltre basta attraversare la via e c'è un fornitissimo 7 Eleven.
E' in mezzo tra la stazione ferroviara di Otsuka e la metro di Shin-otsuka. C'è un pochino da camminare per entrambe ma si parla di qualche minuto massimo.

Kainoa Guesthouse is definitely better than any hotel you might find arround. You will have plenty of space to rest from your unending walks in Tokyo or to store your additional luggage(s) that you might buy after buying too much random stuff that Tokyo has to offer.
The owner is very nice and available if you have any question.
I will definitely come back next time I am in Tokyo!

Camera molto accogliente e pulita. Grande cura nei dettagli. La stanza da bagno con un a doccia enorme ê molto confortevole.
