Vacation Rental Agreement will be emailed to you for your digital signature and initials before your trip. You will receive check in instructions after the rental agreement is signed. State of CA also requires a COVID Awareness form to be signed by ALL Entrants before Entry! Please provide all guest's full names and emails at the time of booking. The Cleaning fee is charged to cover the cost of professional cleaning and time of Laundering bedding and towels which are provided clean for each guest. Professional cleaning of 10 man hours is provided in this fee. Excessive dirtiness may require more than 10 man hours to bring the house back to the level of cleanliness it was provided for guests' arrival, this will be charged to the guest out of the deposit if more than 10 man hours of cleaning is necessary to return it to the level of cleanliness it was in for guests' arrival. Please empty your bagged trash into the outside black and blue (for recycling) cans. Only dispose of bagged trash in cans, and wash and put away dishes before checkout. For long term stays of over 29 days, we require you to pass a rental application, results are immediate, it checks rent history, credit and criminal background, cost is $44.95 per applicant. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation if any occupant over 18 years of age refuses the rental application or does not pass it. Unless a rental application has been approved, We also request that you get a PO Box as we do not accept mail at this property for short term guests. Packages from Amazon and other stores are not affected by this.
