The Sunway Carnival Mall is just across the road. Many shop-lots around.
Parking is not complimentary, and parking fees apply from 8am–6pm, Monday to Saturday. If you park under the trees, be prepared to find a nearby car wash—the birds can leave quite a mess on your car the next day!
The see-through lift looks unique and attractive, but unfortunately, it is quite slow.
The rooms are not very soundproof, as you can clearly hear conversations from guests next door

I can hear noises from next door. Trouble sleeping around midnight due to thin walls.

The staffs are easy-going and friendly.
The bathroom we got had roaches crawling around which made us question about the cleanliness of the room being maintained properly enough.The room that we had this problem is Room 302 bathroom
