The location and value for money. Well equipped flat. Super comfy bed. I can’t understand the negative reviews regarding lack of bed linen. It is mentioned in the important info and the property listing and also in the communication from the host.
I appreciate it was clear in the description there is no Wi-Fi, however responses from host replied to many comments stating good 4G signal which is not true. Shower is a little tired although extremely powerful and efficient.

Pro:
L'appartamento si trova vicino al mare. É dotato di stoviglie e pentole, tutto per cucinare. Ha un pargheggio riservato non a pagamento, incluso nella prenotazione.
Contro:
Non ci sono né asciugamani nè lenzuola. In sala non ci sono le tende e visto che affaccia sulla strada tutti possono guardare dentro.
Le luci di sala e camera non funzionano.

Le logement correspond bien aux photos et à la description.
L'équipement est correct mais un peu obsolète.
Les parties communes sont très propres et l'environnement aussi.
L'accès à la plage est vraiment direct
Il faisait 14 degrès dans l'appartement à nôtre arrivée, il aurait été convenable de chauffer le logement pour nôtre arrivée...
De plus les convecteurs sont d'une autre époque et même leur installation frôle la non conformité.
La literie n'était pas terrible non plus ! Un matelas plus confortable aurait été le bienvenu... Taille de lit parfaite pour qui mesure plus d'1.80m mais qualité vraiment médiocre.
Il y avait du sable sur les sols de l'ensemble du logement ! Peut-être dû à un coup de vent et des aérations mal entretenues.
